What we collect
When you create an event, we collect your name (optional) and email address. We use your email solely to send you your event link and admin link. Guests who sign up for an event provide only their name we do not collect guest email addresses.
How we use it
Your email is used to send transactional messages only specifically your event and admin links when you create an event, and link recovery if you request it. We do not send marketing emails.
What we don't do
We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build profiles or track behavior across other websites.
Data storage
Event data is stored securely via Supabase. Event pages are accessible to anyone with the link. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal information in event descriptions or signup fields.
Data retention
Event data is retained until the event is deleted or cancelled. If you would like your data removed, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Cookies
We use a minimal session cookie to remember guest identity within an event (so guests can edit their own signups). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
