The service
Pitch In is a free tool for creating event signup sheets. Anyone with an event link can view that event and sign up. No account is required. By using Pitch In, you agree to these terms.
Your content
You are responsible for the content you post: event names, descriptions, signup entries, notes, and images. By posting, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us permission to store and display it to people who visit your event link. Your content remains yours.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pitch In for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive. Don't post content that harasses others, infringes someone's rights, or contains malware or spam. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours. We may remove content or block access that violates these rules.
Event links
Event pages are accessible to anyone who has the link, and host pages are accessible to anyone who has the host link. Keep your host link private and share your event link only with people you want to invite. We are not responsible for what happens when links are shared beyond your intended audience.

Availability
Pitch In is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time. We recommend keeping your own copy of critical event details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch In and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data, missed events, or disputes between hosts and guests.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use Pitch In after changes means you accept the updated terms.
